Project Porchlight a Success in Red Lake!
On October 13th, 2007 and November 14 & 15, numerous volunteers assisted the Red Lake Green Committee in
distributing free incandescent light bulbs and energy-reduction vouchers to residents in our area. Our thanks to
Socorro and Dan from Project Porchlight & all of our great green volunteers in making this project a 'shining' success!
Project
Porchlight encourages Canadians to make a small change in their lives that will positively affect the environment and save
energy costs. Simply changing one lightbulb in your home can reduce your energy costs and cut down on environmental
pollution.
